Brainspiral Technologies is dedicated to providing quality technical support to home and business computer users. We offer numerous services, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network setups, and technical training. We support machines running Macintosh and Windows, as well as Linux and Unix systems. Please see our ‘Services’ section for a complete list and descriptions of the services we provide.

Brainspiral is based in Williamstown, Mass. We are currently able to make house calls in the Williamstown and North Adams areas. For house calls elsewhere in the Berkshires, or Southern Vermont, we charge a small mileage-based travel fee (see ‘Rates’ for additional information).
